Does your Droid X have to be rooted to run this?
No rooting required.
>Download the apk file (about 1.3MB)
>copy or move it to your downloads folder in the sd card
>launch/install it
>find it in your lists of other live wallpapers
I followed the links to dowload and still cant get it.
Once I copy the file to my downloads directory on my sd card, what do I do?
